Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving your item if:
The product is damaged during delivery
You received the wrong product
Return requests must include clear photo and/or unboxing video evidence submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Upon acceptance, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Exchange Policy
If your clothing item qualifies for an exchange:
Provide supporting photo/video evidence
Once approved, we will collect the product within 2 working days
A replacement will be delivered within 7 working days at no extra charge
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and quality assurance:
Opened, worn, or tampered clothing items
Return requests based on style, size misjudgment, or change of mind
are not eligible for return or exchange.
